Assistant Manager Operations

JOB Description:

  • Prepare an overall budget for the Operations department incorporating operations, security and engineering expenses.
  • Monitor various activities/areas of operations (such as Enginnering, Parking, House-keeping, admin etc.).
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all retailers by interacting with them on a regular basis and resolve their issues.
  • Monitor the completion of leasing administration process by the retailer, monitor all policies/procedures related to store display, logistics, garbage, timings etc.
  • Supervising the activities performed by the housekeeping, parking and horticulture, etc on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring the functioning of food court operations in terms of food and service quality, hygiene, general sanitation, etc and provide the necessary support of required facilities during the events to the Events team.
  • Prepare PPM and monitor its implementation.
  • Identify training needs and organize requisite training programs for permanent employees and outsourced staff in areas of Security, Engg, housekeeping etc.
  • Monitor & control the Service Standards for the Engineering, housekeeping, security agency in line with corporate standards.
  • Drives the development and implementation of the maintenance strategy with the Shift Engineer across all the equipment / systems within the property; covering aspects of preventive and break-down maintenance, in order to provide a comfortable and secure environment for customers.
  • Monitor the development of a comprehensive schedule for horticulture, pest control and faade cleaning across the property.
  • Liaise with local municipal authorities/ government and other regulatory bodies along with the Manager and ensure that all permissions/ licenses are in place.
Customer Care Executive

JOB Description:

  • Assisting customers (mall partners) & (walk in customers) with all the required help and assistance.
  • Impacting customer Satisfaction through personal interaction and monitoring services while on duty.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction through feedback and getting it to the Management.
  • To keep a check on cleanliness standard of the mall and update the same to the HK department and Customer Care Manager.
  • Fill in and complain forms and forward the same to the respective department.
  • Take care of Physically challenged customers and VIP customers while on shift.
  • To have knowledge of Mall FAQs and be updated of all events & promotions while on shift.
  • Going for a Mall round every 3 to 4 hours to keep a check on the activities going in and around.
  • Opening and setting up of the Customer care help desk.
  • Report to Manager every three hours with the update on the activities and issues if any.
  • Forwarding all the complains found in the Mall round to the respective departments, and follow up for the same till the complain is resolved.
  • Collect the daily sales report, record the same and forward it to Manager Customer Care.
  • Forward the daily sales from store and maintain the data.
  • Get the foot fall report on monthly basis and forward the same to the Manager Customer Care.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of all Month end reports as per responsibility.
  • Preparing a monthly checklist end of the month and forward the same to the concerned departments.
  • Maintaining a detailed record of opening of new stores and closing of the stores.
Shift Engineer

JOB Description:

  • Manage utility services and over see that  the property is maintained in good conditions
  • Ensure functions of the electricity, air-conditioning, lifts escalators
  • Managing Tenants, & Mall Partners – infrastructure service providing departments
  • Oversee & Coordinate daily standard procedures in all maintenance areas
  • Coordinate with outsourcing and service associates to ensure smooth functioning
  • Provide 24 hrs emergency services
  • Operations and maintenance of all mechanical systems
  • Facilitates tracking and recording of maintenance and warranty of all equipments
  • General maintenance of plumbing, water systems, fire control systems.
  • Energy management , energy bills and distribution of bills
  • Train & supervise on site staff
  • Regular inspection of property for defects & improvements
  • General documentation & Report procedures to be maintained
